楊茂君個(gè)人簡介 清華大學(xué)生命科學(xué)院教授,博士生導(dǎo)師,“長江學(xué)者”,畢業(yè)于吉林大學(xué)、中國協(xié)和醫(yī)科大學(xué)。研究方向:主要圍繞與傳染病、癌癥等人類重大疾病發(fā)生息息相關(guān)的可溶性蛋白及膜蛋白進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)與功能研究,以及針對(duì)這些蛋白質(zhì)的高分辨晶體結(jié)構(gòu)為基礎(chǔ)的小分子化合物篩選及設(shè)計(jì)。近年來主要在細(xì)胞感應(yīng)外界信號(hào)以及物質(zhì)跨膜轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn),蛋白質(zhì)泛素化調(diào)控兩個(gè)方面得到了部分研究成果。代表作品:Cell,2016,167,1598–1609。
